Welcome to a 7 days Qigong retreat in Rishikesh, India. This week we will learn how to use simple movement to gain the Qi energy (prana) in your body using traditional Chinese tai chi and qigong exercises nicely blended with very gentle restorative yoga practice. As a result, after one week you will feel the movement of Energy between your palms and will be able to distribute it to the rest of the body. You will learn simple movement, accessible for everyone from 14-140 years old. By completing the course you will get a set of beautiful fluid exercises which you will love to do every morning for 15-20 minutes to one hour. These qigong exercises will give you energy for the rest of the day.
This amazing practice is also known as Taoist Yoga or Chinese Yoga. On a physical level, it improves blood circulation, massages internal organs, invokes your internal healing process. On a spiritual level, it has the same ultimate goal as traditional Indian Yoga – Realization of Absolute. Long term practice of Tai Chi and Qigong brings you a calm mind, good health, happiness and longevity.
