RELAX… It’s Your Time!
The world is presently going through a time of great tension and stress. We all have been pushed away from the comfort zone, invited to find new ways to deal with Life. It is a time of Chaos, where we do not know what tomorrow will be. Through that Chaos, there is a beautiful opportunity to Rebuild, Recreate and Transform. It is a time of “Renaissance”, so let us approach this time with ease and grace, away from fear, where space and true relaxation are. From there, something new can flourish.
This retreat is for, whoever you are, no matter how old you are or wherever you are from. It is for YOU, who want to take a step out of the world for an instant and simply relax, in order to connect to Life from an empowered state, in Health, Vitality, Fullness and Joy.
Motivated by serving you in the best way, Joshita, Ruslan, Rahul and Jayanti, an international and skillful team, will share amazing and unique practices that they are passionate about and that have been a great support of transformation in their lives. They feel that what works for them may work for you. From the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to Sound healing modalities, from Yoga asana to Qigong, they will guide you through an inner journey where you may find many treasures. Their intention is to give you a Feel of what those practices could bring, hoping that you would be eager to implement some of them in your daily life. Transformation is an ongoing process; it has to be cultivated every moment.
When society always calls us outside, pushing us to always do more, we want here to allow Space for you to BE and simply, REST.

Discovering around, having a personal treatment, reading a book or taking a nap,… Disconnect from the world as much as you can and be with yourSelf, minimizing the use of mobile phones, avoiding too much chattering and not getting involved in any sort of work; those are our suggestions, not mandatory of course, but they will allow you to make the best out of your stay. Originated from China, Qigong is a powerful energy practice based on slow and simple movements, accessible to everyone. You will explore this practice with Ruslan, who has been dedicated to it for several years.
Ruslan has a pronounced interest and knowledge in Health, so what he practices and shares are based on the idea of finding within, a natural place of balance and health, where Life just flows through. Not only into Qigong, has he also been exploring the yoga asana practice for a decade. His willingness to grow and transform brought him to many traditions such as Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta and Kashmir Shaivism.
Ruslan will guide you through the practice of Qigong in a very meaningful, simple and profound way. You will learn how to connect with your cells and make them happy, to bring about Health and Vitality.
Yoga Nidra is an old age practice of Yoga. It’s a sleep based meditation where we relax as deeply as in sleep while being awake. Its exactly like ‘going to sleep state’ and since sleep is natural to us, this practice easily helps to experience ‘gap of nothingness’ or ‘point of stillness’. Once we experience this stillness, it is easier to carry this state in our daily lives and this practice allows us to do that without much effort. Yoga Nidra is all about effortlessness, a state of letting go, where nothing needs to be done but just Being.
It will be facilitated by Joshita, who brings her perspective and personal experience of learning and facilitating Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra for several years. Her first experience of relaxation into Yoga Nidra after an Asana class made her realize that life is not what we see but beyond, and that it is not difficult to let things go as we think it is. Through Yoga Nidra, she felt that Stillness exists within us, undistorted by what we do or don’t do, constant and accessible anytime. Joshita is a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator and is also offering courses on Yoga Nidra. She is excited to share her experience with you, and see what it can bring for you.
Sound brings us to what we are. It is an amazing guide in connecting with the deeper part of us, that is pure Silence and Peace. Sound healing (with Tibetan bowls, gong, crystal bowls…) moves us, it touches us in the real sense of it, creating vibrations that penetrate all the corners of the body, each and every cell; it induces the brainwaves to slow down, allowing some reset and expansion to happen.
The first time Jayanti went for a Sound Healing session, she found the Peace and Freedom she was always looking for. She understood from this point, that Freedom comes from within. Since that, she has been exploring sounds in many forms. Through that retreat, her intention is to offer a space for you to explore the Universe of sounds, and as a reflection, to explore the Universe of yourSelf.
Jayanti has been into Breath and Sound therapies for long. She has been exploring those tools as a receiver and as a giver, always discovering more. Every movement she takes into Life is guided from the incredible light of Advaita Vedanta teachings, which reminds her of a very simple thing, that Home is in the Heart.
